Hola amigos de Steemit!
Hay muchas cosas que pueden ser causa de pánico en la vida de las personas, a veces el miedo puede ser infundido por las circunstancias que pasan a su alrededor, otras son producto de su imaginación cuando no hay razón para temer, también ocurre que la incertidumbre de no saber que va a pasar y como se verá afectado ante una crisis o el problema que le afecta, hace que las personas pierdan la calma y la visión objetiva del asunto, el mundo les cambia de repente y sienten que están cayendo por un precipicio al perder el equilibrio.
Ciertamente a ninguno le gusta sentir que está perdiendo bien sea el control, la estabilidad o dinero. Estos sentimientos generalmente son engañosos, si engañan tus sentidos haciendo que pienses equivocadamente y según piensas así reaccionas, el pánico tiene el poder de cambiar tus sentimientos, pensamientos y actitud.
Quitarle poder al pánico, aquietar el alma donde están los sentimientos que en este caso es de miedo, dará como resultado una mente despejada para pensar y ver las cosas desde otra perspectiva, es muy probable que entonces las personas encuentren que nunca hubo razón para preocuparse y aprenderán a poner freno a tiempo al pánico.

Son muy ciertas tus palabras, personalmente cuando siento que pierdo el control tiendo a frustrarme pero a veces es necesario, por que eso permite que retroceda me fije en todo lo que estoy haciendo y vuelva retomar el rumbo, gran post @victoriaxl
