Certainly the feedback is up to us. Everything we do on a daily basis may be good or bad, but for us it will be a learning experience. Something to keep in mind is that whether it is good or bad, everything we experience in the process will help us to strengthen the experiences we have had.

If the feedback is positive in what we are doing, the achievements will become evident. But if the feedback is negative, don't worry, you will learn this over time and it will teach you things that you should know and learn.

This process can also be helping you in all future decision making, remember as I mentioned before everything, absolutely everything will be a learning process, whether it is good for you or not, maybe what you thought would be good may not be.

Everything in life will go through something and if you think that for something bad to happen to you it is preferable to do nothing, well no, because if it does not happen, what learning would you get, and that every action generates a reaction, the only way is not to do anything, but it still generates a reaction, even if you do not believe it.

The message of a proper feedback must be and be perfect, between the sender and the receiver there must be a good connection, you must also be patient in this process, do not rush, everything has its time.

Another aspect to take into account for example my case, to talk to another person regardless of the project to be done, it is better to talk to that person as far as possible because through third parties the information can be misrepresented.
