It Begins - The Unloved Series

He walked in on her and a girl with brown curly hair, fair skin and no clothes on in their bed kissing after one or both of them finished having an orgasm. It was the noise they made that drew him there. He was shocked and heartbroken because he never knew she was into girls in the three years they dated nor in the two years after they got married. He was taught never to hit a girl but this situation demanded he let off some of the anger or he would end up hitting them so he returned to the living room and took out his frustrations on the furniture there causing significant property damage that he knew he would have to pay for.
Before things could get more out of control, his phone rang, taking him out of his rage mode as he saw the name of the cute correspondent from the new company he was scheduled to meet with. He then remembered his reason for coming back home and dashed into the bedroom only to find them not repentant of their actions but even bold (or shameless) enough to ask him to either join them or leave because if he wanted to watch, he had to pay. He repressed his anger, ignored the snide tone his wife used to talk to him, and focused on getting what he came for, once he found it, he left resolutely ignoring the curly haired girl’s catcalls.
Throughout the meeting and subsequent lunch, his mind was preoccupied by the image of his wife in bed with someone else and he could feel the sunshine and rainbows that once occupied his heart pack up and vacate the space as winter moved inside his heart. The correspondent watched his facial expression transition and wondered what was going through his head until she heard him ask her out. She already had the hots for him so this was a welcome development which would help her seal the deal and net her a man as well… so she thought. The next morning brought with it an end to the delusions as she woke up to a note that read “the sex was amazing, and your company’s offer is tempting, but i will only choose one.
