THE BATTLE OF THE GOD'S
The four heavens was in chaos. The sons of Zeus were at it again, disturbing the heavens and every planet beneath it. The war between brothers had lasted far too long that Zeus felt it was time for everything to come to an end. For even his brother Poseidon hasn't caused as much havoc as his sons in hundred of years.
It was time to battle for what they wanted not as immortals but as mere mortals.
And so Zeus did something that hasn't been done in a long while, he summoned all four of his sons to Mount Olympus. All four sons on the mountain at once was a risk and Zeus knew that.
And then as the earth shook, the gods began to arrive one after the other.
Ares the god of War.
Hephaistos the god of arms and armour.
Hermes the god of thieves and a guide to the underworld.
And Helios the god of sun.
Ares had in his hands one of the heads of a black knight, Hephaistos best warriors. "A little souvenir for you, brother" he said tossing the head towards Hephaistos. He could tell his brother wanted to fight him and he so wanted it.
"Enough!!" Zeus spoke as the thunder rumbled above them.. His eyes as bright as the skies itself.
"I have decided you all will fight for that which you find precious to you, not as immortals but mere mortals" and with that, he sent his sons into the world to battle for that which they value the most.
And so the gods who were now mortals went into the world, corrupting the minds of men up till this day.
