Power is like money. Before being able to give it away one has to have it. There is one British site that allows you to see what is the level of your wealth compared to the rest of the world. When I typed there my income, I turned out to be within 1/1000000 percentile of reachest people on earth. And trust me - I ain't that rich. Simply put, there are many places on this Earth when people are extremely poor. The same I can probably say about power. So let people who have it think about giving it away. )))
