I have respect for opinion you have shared.
Every point is clear for me that you have explained regarding this whole matter.Without any team member consultation she take withdrawal but according to her she was unaware of taking withdrawal from community so I have finally decided to give her this chance because If it is really done unintentionally then she deserves this last chance.
Regarding my trust,it is still maintained on her and I think she is right that whole matter were merely due to her lack of awareness regarding withdrawal matter from community.
She needs to learn more so I want to just give her warning ⚠️,for now she apologize and also transferred all steem back to Community so there's no penalty for her now.Matter has been resolved almost.
I hope that she'll regain her trust through her honesty.
It's true, a second chance is something no one should be denied, especially if the action was taken in good faith and without experience.
Over time, she will be able to demonstrate her reliability.
