All good points; the thing is, when it's pouring down rain, an umbrella is the only thing that will keep your upper half from getting wet. Notice how I said that, right? Because an umbrella is not keeping your legs/feet dry in a big storm either (there, I added one for you, lol), I enjoyed this.
In a storm I can't use ome. I'm glad of it keeps my face dry... Rain hurts my skin. It's true what you say about the rest.. always soaked even worse if you bicycle with an umbrella a raincoat helps but platic makes one sweat.
