Freewrite Prompt: More Conflict

Just when we thought all was finally alright with the Smith couple, we started hearing loud voices again and we realized that there was more conflict. Mrs. Smith said her husband wasn't still living up to his responsibilities after he was advised by the pastor, the marriage counsellor and even his parents. This was infact what led to their previous conflict. It almost led to a divorce because his wife couldn't take it anymore. She was ready for a divorce but the pastor together with both parents of the couple advised against it and she decided to give her husband another chance. Just barely two months after she moved back in, and her husband has returned to his old ways. You can hear them screaming at the top of their voices every night. Personally, I feel Mrs. Smith needs a break to protect her sanity but then again, what do I know about marriage.
