Freewrite Prompt: Late Breakfast

"Stop having late breakfast! That's how you put on extra weight!" Mum would always scream this at us if we skipped breakfast or even had late breakfast. It's not as though I enjoy doing it but sometimes, I could so wrapped up in work that I sleep quite late which usually means that I'd wake up late and in turn have breakfast late. On some other occasions when I'm running late, I skip breakfast. I think it's now become more of a habit.
