"Delegation of duties helps make leadership easy and jobs done faster. So in asking Joe to represent me in certain meetings does not in any way connote me giving away power." That was my last sentence to Lily, my wife, last night who feels that I'm gradually giving away power to Joe by asking him to represent the company in certain vital meetings which would have required my presence. But that is not so. Asides Joe being my brother, I trust his abilities to handle things and I won't let the insecurities of Lily get in the way of making effective use of efficient work force.
