Definitely it goes "wrong" later on where the black and red cat show earlier. Did you check again with your phone? I will ask someone with a pc to look at it.

Yes, I just checked. Now everything has normalized, and there is no more lag. So my conclusion is that Facebook simply needs more time to process the video, but after a day, everything normalizes.
Good to hear that. If it goes "wrong" it's the loading process/internet connection.
