Some time ago! My entry in Picture is Worth a Thousand Words 11/05/2021 (eng /esp)
In a desert valley our home has become,
dry our throats and hungry,
dead trees, without hope of sprouting,
all this forces us to escape,
maybe we can hire a spaceship,
that takes us to other worlds,
in which we will find green meadows again,
lush forests and lots of water.
May we return the lost joy,
Let's be brave and fight for life
let's not let the earth die for us,
maybe now we still have a chance to recover,
Let's go back to our home in the Garden of Eden
that God graciously granted us some time ago.

En un valle desértico se nos ha convertido nuestro hogar,
secas nuestras gargantas y con hambre,
los árboles muertos, sin esperanza de retoñar,
todo ello nos obliga a escapar,
quizás podamos contratar a una nave espacial,
que nos lleve a otros mundos,
en los que volvamos a encontrar verdes praderas,
bosques frondosos y mucha agua.
Que nos devuelva la alegría perdida,
seamos valientes y luchemos por la vida,
no dejemos que la tierra se nos muera,
quizás ahora tenemos aún la oportunidad de recuperarnos,
volvamos a nuestra morada en el jardín del edén,
que Dios graciosamente nos concedió un tiempo atrás.
