Late breakfast! A 5 minute freewrite
John goes out for a jog in the countryside every morning, he is always accompanied by his sheepdog, breathing the air of the fresh meadow completely fills his spirit. One of the provisions that he always has is to carry a bottle of water with him to cool his throat.
Upon returning home after taking a shower, he sets food for his sheepdog and prepares a late breakfast with two fried eggs, toast, legumes and some fruits and vegetables. To supplement his diet, he consumes his favorite natural supplements and vitamins.
With this, he is in good health and with enough courage and joy to face the rest of the tasks that he has previously planned.

Juan todas las mañanas sale a trotar por la campiña, siempre va acompañado de su perro pastor, el respirar el aire de la fresca pradera le llena totalmente su espíritu. Una de las previsiones que siempre tiene es llevar consigo una botella de agua para refrescarse la garganta.
Al regresar a su casa luego de darse una ducha, le coloca la comida a su perro pastor y se prepara un desayuno tarde con dos huevos fritos, tostadas de pan, legumbres algo de frutas y vegetales. Para complementar su dieta consume sus suplementos naturales preferidos y vitaminas.
Con ello goza de buena salud y con suficiente ánimo y alegría para enfrentar el resto de tareas que previamente ha planificado.
