Digesting food properly is essential for a wonderful mood. If you are constantly agitated, stressed, anxious or anything relevant to being irritated after eating things like bread, cake or other delicious food, it is probably because you are having trouble digesting it. All of these tasty desserts are absolutely awful for the human body. But you can do something about it that will easily make things better for you.

Natural leaves often carry a cleaning effect on the body, so there is nothing better like herbal tea to make your stomach feel comfortable again. Specially green tea. Whenever I eat a lot of sweets in one go, I become grumpy for hours on end. But it all goes away when I drink a hot cup of herbal tea. Even though I don't use sugar, it is okay if you want to pour a bit in it. Because that's a lot better than the alternative of simply not drinking tea.

Herbal teas come in many flavors and effects, so you'd be wise if you kept a few types in your kitchen. There are soothing ones, but it is great if you also own the extremely cleansing, almost nauseating, white tea. If you eat somewhat spoiled food, that is the tea to drink.
