Good question what is/was going on. A soft fork because? Sounds as if a several countries were affected by it while other had no issues. A great evening.

It sounded like a made up word. I had to check if the words mean anything and it actually did check out.
It has something to do with an upgrade in protocol or rules in blockchain.
