House On Fire...
This prompt made me remember an experience I witnessed a long time ago. It was a New Year's Eve and the family had gone to church to spend the last hours of the year, only to come back to see the house on fire. The fire was so much, most of the essential properties in the house was burnt. As I watched from afar, I felt pity on the family because it is like they would be starting their life all over again, buying things they already have and what if they had important credentials in the house at that time, it's all gone.
Fire accident is not a good experience, it is really discouraging. At least, we thank God no one was in the house at the time of the fire and no life was lost but one would still think of the important things in the house.
No one prays for such experience. For the heat alone from the fire can be exhausting and harsh!
