Executive Order...

It is another beautiful day to freewrite, and it is going to be fun.
An executive has various meaning, and its meaning would depend on its functions. We have the executive arm of government established by law, this stands and they have an order.
We also have the executive of a company or an organization, this describes the top guns in the company, the leaders of the organization. They also have an order.
A major similarity between these two and every other type of executive I can think of is that they function in a place of authority, so an executive order comes from a place of authority, whether from government officials or private officials.
An executive order can be defined below:
An executive order is defined as a declaration by the president or a governor which has the force of law, usually based on existing statutory powers. Executive orders do not require any action by the Congress or state legislature to take effect, and the legislature cannot overturn it. Link
It is an order usually backed by law, and must be followed.
