Black, blackout, they both showcase the same color, except one is a color and the other a circumstance. Blackouts mostly seen in a third world country, like mine. It is not a special occasion or something that catches us off guard, we are used to the situation. So, we make backup plans for blackouts, and it's been helpful so far. It's not a good way of living because it hinders quite a lot but choices are slim. The country does not have enough resources to cater for all the distribution in the economy. So blackout is the new norm!
