Doors with steps are mostly the ones directly from the stairs, at least that should be the case. But things are done based on choice, so we have different opinions and we see people doing things the way they deem fit. From the image above, you see the steps on the door. I use to say, why not leave the door without the steps. It can just lead right through with the door brought down a bit instead of the stairs. Although steps are good, but in some cases, they are not necessary.
