Our history is precious, it shows us where we are coming from. Remains that reminds us of where we've been is important. Look for example, it has always been my desire to have a glimpse of the dinosaurs, we all know how long they existed. But we have preserved few remains in the museum and sometimes some movies create a fiction about it, this gives us at least a visual into they actually look like without seeing them when they existed. Our history is well preserved.
