Feedback is one of the few phenomenon that has been misunderstood in this present world, usually feedback helps a person to have a different opinion other than his own about something. When given a feedback, it helps in improvement. It baffles me when I see folks get upset when they are given feedback that corrects them or doesn't sit well with them, this is bad. Always take feedback very constructive because it is to your own advantage, work on what was been said and improve yourself.
