RE: Normal People

in Freewriters3 days ago

Greetings my friend @wakeupkitty.pal

Interesting episode, there is always vice in any organization, that's why, owners and bosses have resorted to so many security strategies to fill gaps. It would be a success to reduce or eliminate from the list those employees who affect the profitability of the companies, although depending on the cirscumstances, I would try to make them aware to improve their actions.

Sort:

I remember the time email at companies was normal and everyone was checking the email every 5 minutes. The result was that no one was working and a lot of time was wasted.

What to think of this.. the insurance company let the employees "clock in" if they arrive. The working atmosphere is great, group work and the employees can even get an apartment to live at the other side of the road and a great dinner for 75 cents. The result? The employees cross the road in pyjamas clock in and go back home to sleep for a few more hours...

At the university they are all so busy with standing in the doorway, chatting, holding big files. A great, employee friendly environment where only the secretarians are stressing.

Shopkeepers forced to take employees who refuse to work, but you can't sack them because every employer should hire a few of those who only show up because if not they won't receive and income from the state (the same if they stay home so it's better to...)

The most stolen item (at not only offices) is the pen (most likely today it's money), toiletpaper is a good one as well but these aren't the only items employers take, electric equipment disappear faster than then can be bought.

If talking is that easy people would think and perhaps consider that what is earned isn't the same as what is left after all payments are done but also that if the organization is bankrupt the employees have bigger problems.

There are more and more security strategies, high fees for insurances and the prices go up because time is money and theft should be paid back by someone.

BTW you don't want to know how much the employers of a certain factory of Mercedes Benz steal per day.

Thanks for stopping by.

I'm sure that happens in any company or business. In my personal example, I met a man who at the end of the day took ice from the filter (hydration point) to take it home.

For this reason, many investors only limit themselves to buying shares on the stock market or investing in BTC hahaha, they are already tired of putting up with the staff.

The same they do with us with coffee. If everything that is taken away, without permission, is calculated the amount of money that's lost will for sure be shocking and more employers ask themselves if it's worth to start a business or wiser to invest.
It's exhausting to put up with people especially if you have to check every step you take which makes one realize that no matter how fat the paycheck is, it's for the most never enough. Ask hotels how many soaps, shampoo, towels, pens, and so on have disappeared.
