It might be more powering down or less powering up. We can't really tell for sure with the numbers I have collected so far. My guess is that there may have been increase in powering down, starting in early/mid October.
On the upside, when high stakes voters are powering down, the ones who remain get more in interest and curation rewards.
I understand .. I imagine that it will also have been turned off by the news of justin sun.
