This work is moving forward at a fast pace but there are still many doubts about solar power generation in space for a number of reasons. Thanks for the reply. You're right that there are definitely challenges involved in deploying this technology, and they might even prove to be insurmountable. Renewable technologies have been moving in fits and starts for as long as I can remember.
