INTRODUCTION

Black and white is a small community built on a steam blockchain. Which is designed to support any user in any country, including Bangladeshi Steam users. Basically, since this community will be run by Bangladeshis, so the Bengalis will be given a little extra benefit. So the other country's users will not benefit? Yes, of course. Basically we won't look at anyone's region , we will just sort the posts based on the writing quality.

who we are ?

I am the current admin of this community. I have all the responsibilities of the community. We will also be hire some more moderators + admins later on for the benefit of the community.

Do we have any kind of curation project ?

You may know that curation project is not a small thing. We are currently focusing on the curation project. We will open our own curation project as soon as possible. Which will only be used for curation in our community. We will inform its guideline in the next update.

how will we communicate ?

We will open a discord server for authors to communicate with our admins. Which is almost ready. In a few days we will update and give the link of our discord server. Then the authors will built-up a good relationship with our Admin and mod's .

What are we against ?

There are some general rules in our community. Which all authors must comply with. We will not support any author who goes outside the rules at all. Our rules:

• No author can do plagiarism.
• No one can ask for any kind of vote.
• Of course everyone must be treated well.
• No NSFW content .
• We do not have any rules for posting, you can post as you wish, but we will suggest you to refrain from posting any kind of anti-politics / anti-religion post.

how you can help us ?

The SP we have now are not too much . That's why we are still planning to increase SP. Since we do not currently have any type of curation project, you can do SP delegation in our official id [ @w-h-i-t-e ] until the curation project is completed. Through the delegation you will receive rewards alongside with help. we will calculate the weekly average and send it to all of your steem accounts.
