고전명곡 `Moon river`

오늘은 고전 영화 티파니에서 아침을의 유명한 OST 문 리버를 편곡하여 연주했습니다.
이 곡은 1961년에 발표한 노래로 조니 머서(Johnny Mercer)가 작사, 헨리 맨시니가 작곡하였습니다. 그 해, 미국에서 개봉한 영화 티파니에서 아침을의 주제가로 쓰였으며, 주연 배우 오드리 헵번이 기타 한 대와 부른 버젼이 참 아름답죠.

1961년 아카데미 주제가상 수상작으로 선정되었고, 1962년 그래미 어워드 올해의 레코드에 뽑혔습니다. 이후 많은 음악가들에 의해 편곡되는 등 아직도 잊혀지지 않는 대표적인 명곡으로 손꼽힌다고 하네요.
