Jadon Sancho Becomes Manchester United Player

Manchester United have finally announced the transfer of Jadon Sancho. The England international winger has a five-year contract with the option of a year extension. The 21-year-old player was brought in by MU from Borussia Dortmund for a transfer fee of 73 million pounds sterling around Rp 1.45 trillion. The agreement has been in place since the beginning of this month.

After that Jadon Sancho underwent a medical test with MU not long after competing in the 2020 European Cup. MU manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently confirmed that Sancho's move was just waiting for the completion of documents.

United have been chasing Sancho since last summer but withdrew because the price tag was too high, around 108 million pounds. After that, Dortmund lowered the asking price for Sancho to 85 million pounds but United managed to negotiate so that they got a cheaper price of 12 million pounds.

At Manchester United, Jadon Sancho is rumored to be wearing the number 16 shirt previously worn by top midfielders like Roy Keane and Michael Carrick.
