Delicious cheese pan of tacos
Ingredients
Red bell pepper
Green onions
Vegetable oil;
Garlic;
Chili powder
Round cumin
Salt
Tomatoes
Boiled beans
Hot sauce
Cheddar cheese
Corn chips or nachos
Cooking
Chop the pepper into slices, chop ½ bunch of green onions. Place a large skillet over medium heat and heat the oil in it. Add peppers and onions and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and saute for 1 minute. Season with chili powder, cumin and salt and mix well. Add minced meat and cook for 5 minutes.
Toss the diced tomatoes and beans into the skillet. Mix until smooth. Pour in hot sauce and sprinkle with cheddar. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
Garnish with leftover onions and corn chips before serving.
