Bilimbi is eaten raw. Like Bilimbi Kamranga, it tastes good with salt. Bilimbi is not paired with small fish and pulses. Bilimbi can also be used in pulses or meat. Moreover, like Bilimbi Kamranga, it is good to eat with salt. The fruit is made into pickles or chutneys with sour, ripe bilimbi. Chili and pickles made with bilimbi are very interesting.
