Delicious rice with chicken at home
Mixed with vegetables, ginger, soy sauce and rice vinegar, the dish is delicious. And you won't have to wash a mountain of dishes.
Ingredients
Chicken breast fillet
Salt
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil
Garlic
Fresh ginger
Rice
Water
Bell pepper
Carrot
Spicy sauce
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Liquid honey
Starch

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the poultry for 7-8 minutes. Add chopped garlic and ginger and cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour rice into the same pan and pour 500 ml of water. Stir.
Cover, after boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Cut the pepper and carrots into small pieces. Place in a skillet. Cook for about 15 more minutes or longer.
After 2-3 minutes, add hot and soy sauces, rice vinegar and honey. Stir again.
Dissolve the starch in water and add to the rice and chicken. Stir and remove from heat after 3-4 minutes.
