  • Red fish

  • Potatoes

  • Water

  • Bow

  • Carrot

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Greens

Cut the fish into portions or leave it as a whole steak. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized pieces.

Put the fish and potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.

Chop the onions and carrots. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onion for 3-5 minutes. Add carrots and cook the same amount.

Place the mixed vegetables in a saucepan, along with salt and pepper. Leave on fire for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped herbs over the soup before serving.
