Delicious Chicken with Coconut Rice
Ingredients
Chicken breast
Teriyaki sauce
Basmati rice
Coconut milk
Watercress
Vegetable oil
Cooking
Cook the rice until tender.
Cut the chicken breast into slices and fry until tender.
Add the teriyaki sauce and fry the chicken in it.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, add it to the rice. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
Slice the breast at an angle and serve with rice. For serving, decorate the dish with microgreens.
