MANGO JELLY # HOME MADE
Ingredients
- Ripe Mango - 1 kg ( I have purchased Himsagar - it is popular here)
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water
Process
1. Uncover the outer skin of the ripe mango. 2. Take a pot. 3. Extract the pulp from the ripe mango. 4. Give some water for consistency. 5.Boiled it for few minutes and when it semi solid off the flame. 6. Give some sugar ( I have give 250 grms) 7. Again on the flame and hit some time. 8.Your mango jelly is ready. 9.Serve it with bread or what ever you like.
THIS MAKES MY DAY SPECIAL UNTIL FURTHER
