Kochbihar Palace
This palace is situated in the Kochbihar District, in the state of West Bengal, India. It is also known as Victor Jubilee Palace. This is a very beautiful and well known palace.
Inspired by the Tahari ideology, which was the culmination of European architecture on the eve of the Italian Renaissance, the palace was built in 1887 AD by the late King Narendra Narayan. This palace is located on a 1.50 meter high foundation. It has two floors and an air area of 48 square meters. The palace was damaged in a severe earthquake in 1897 and was later renovated. It is a palace with many rooms. Today, it has become more beautiful. Of all the houses that have been witnessed by the royal family in the past, the administration room, the toilet, the bar, the dining room, the dance hall, the toshakhana, the library and the inner palace are worth mentioning.
