Delicious Non Veg Item - Sorse Ilish

Hisa Fish With Mustard Gravy

This is a very very testy non vegetable food and it is very popular in Bengali Community in the country of India as well as Country like Bangladesh

Ingredients:

Hilsa Fish
Mustard Paste
Mustard Oil
Green Chilli
Tomato
Salt
Turmeric powder

Process:

Take a pan or kadai and give some mustard oil. Fry the small pieces of hilsa fish. Fry a little until it colored in golden brown. Take the fried golden fish in a pan. Then some mustared paste and give some turmeric power, tomato and green chilli. Boiled them. When it goes golden brown then dip the fried hilsa fish in to the pulp. Hit them 10-15 minutes. Now your hot dish is ready.

Serve those with hot rice.
