Is it a good time to buy Steemit ?

Dear Friends ,
When considering the Steem price within last 3 months it's highest price was 1.44$ and dropped to 0.18$ , lowest value few days ago. Actually it was dropping continuously from around 30% within the last week , but we must not forget it was common for the whole market. And what I see is it just following Btc. So what do you guys think the dip of this trend ? is it a good time to purchase steemit ?
