PLUMCAKE 🐰👩🏻‍🍳

Ingredients for a small mold:

For the white part:

🔹225g butter
🔹225 g caster sugar
🔹250g flour
🔹220 g of eggs
🔹5 g baking powder
🔹Vanilla

For the cocoa part

🔹15g cocoa
🔹5 g of yeast.

Preparation

Work the butter with the sugar and vanilla until you obtain a white and foamy cream; add the eggs and finally the sifted powders.
Put 270g of mixture in another bowl and add the cocoa and milk. Cook this part with the cocoa in a square pan (maximum 20X20) at 180 ° for 16-18 min.
Once cooked let cool and with a mold cut the pieces to put in the center of the plumcake.
Grease and flour the mold, put very little white mixture on the base, then the cocoa pieces in the center and cover with the light mixture.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 35 minutes.
