Showcase-Sunday: Interior Concepts
A while back I was working on a personal concept project I titled "Prodigal" or "Project Prodigal", something along those lines. These were some of the interior concepts I was experimenting with.
The images above were a first pass of what was supposed to be the interior architecture on an alien planet. I was going for something minimalistic which came across, but it didn't look alien enough.
This next pass was more in the direction I was looking for as this was supposed to be a bit of a sinister place and the first pass, while I thought it was pretty was narratively off. I think in terms of pure aesthetic appeal though most preferred the first pass. I hope to pick this project up again one day, like a ton of other unfinished projects. Maybe when Steem goes to the Moon and and I don't have to worry about anything but making cool stuff. One day...
Anyway, hope you all had a great Sunday, gonna shamelessly plug all my Communities right quick.
Check out OnChainArt for some of the best art Steem has to offer 😁

Really sweet concepts, mate! I do hope you continue working on Prodigal soon, and I would certainly like to see more unfinished concepts that you've been working on :-)
On the programme that you're using to make this; do you have to manually create/adjust the lighting, such as the way it shines and bounces off surfaces, with the refraction/reflections? Or does your programme automatically create, and adjust the lighting depending on what objects are in the way?
