Of course he agrees, he made rule #8.
We can all flag whatever we dont like, just like we upvote what we like and in either case no explanation has to be given.
And if I dont have to give explanations to the poster according to rule number 8, much less I have to give them to you.
Upvoting and downvoting are a part of curation. There doesn't need to be anything "wrong" with a post for someone to downvote it.
This is a part of Steem and something I definitely do support(and even if I didn't support it, it's not something I can control).
If being or seeing downvotes happen is not something people want to be a part of, this is not the right community for them.
Well I thought when in last hardfork it was implemented the "free downvoting "it was to incentive to combat bidbot abusers, general abusers, etc and motivate good contempt creators.
I'm a Onchainart community subscriber but, yeah, arbitrary downvotes in particular and arbitrary things in general, is not my team. I will unsubscribe.
