We will really appreciate your support... and hey..., most of us could really use taking, minimally, a few minutes out of our day to do the tiniest bit of exercise (OR LOTS OF IT :D !!!) Getting upvoted and earning Steem for passing Levels feels pretty good, too! You can easily capture yourself or have a friend/workout buddy capture your qualifiying videos on a smartphone. Be sure to look at the "Eniquette" on our website to see the compliance guidelines for your videos. For those of you who become very committed, a tripod and camcorder will come in very handy!
