In our back yard alongside with the pool and, many flowers I posted here a lot, we have an amazing BBQ area, I know I posted a lot of grill we did as well ;).

In this BBQ area we are lucky enough to have a wood oven as well. At the beginning was not easy to use it, and after may failure attempts we mastered its usage.

What a better delicacy to cook there than pizza?

The hard part, is to turn on the fire inside the oven and let it reach the right temperature. This procedure can be quite time consuming.

Another trick is to master how to put the pizza inside without destroy it.

To get the real deal, you need to be patient and keep checking the cooking procedure, and in case move the pizza to fit the best position.

Than the magic is done, simple crisp and delicious.

We could not wait to taste it, and as you can see we eat a small piece before the photo ;)
