Greetings Dear Steemians!
It is a pleasure to greet you @sabbirrr and honor to participate in your cooking contest, I am a cooking lover, I am passionate about cooking but what I enjoy the most is being able to share the food I prepare with my family and friends, normally if I cook for myself I make dishes very Simple but if I have to cook for family or friends I like to make more elaborate dishes.
Fried rice is a dish of Chinese cuisine. ... Basically, it consists of a cooked rice that is sautéed over high heat and very quickly in a wok with vegetables such as Chinese onion, Chinese roots, omelette in pieces, meats, soy sauce and oil.
On specific occasions I make my recipe for Chinese rice at home, I say my recipe because everyone gives it their personal touch, removes or adds its ingredients, in particular I do not like fried rice, it seems to me it is very greasy, I prefer healthier, I prepare it with little fat.

• CHICKEN BREAST
• TURKEY HAM
• EGGS
• SPROUTS
• PEPPERS
• ONION
• CHIVES
• GARLIC
• ADOBO
• SOY SAUCE
• OIL
The first thing we should do to cook the rice, preferably a type of whole grain rice, type 1, golden, the idea is that the rice is loose and not so cooked, I measured 3 cups of rice and in a pot I put a little oil and garlic, I add the rice and brown a little and then add the water, for each cup of rice two of water.
When the rice is ready, let it cool. Tips is preferable to remove from the pot and if they can spread it on a better tray that way it cools with the loose grains, it happened to me that after lowering the heat and leaving it in the pot it continues to cook…
I used about 300g of chicken breast which I chopped into small strips and seasoned with garlic and marinade in a wok or sauté pan.
In the same wok I add the turkey ham, I chose that one I had as a guest a friend does not eat pork, but I like it better with leg ham, or chop. I decide to cook until golden brown.
The aforementioned vegetables chives, onions and peppers in small squares, there are people who use carrots and peas, I do not add those vegetables.

Then one in the same wok the chicken and ham with the vegetables, the sprouts or Chinese fixes, the pringo is just put in hot water and strain, they can also be used directly from the bag, I don't like the personal thing, I prefer to spread.
The rice is cold and cold and I paint it with soy sauce and in a large bowl I mix all the ingredients and add soy.

It is very tasty, all the flavors are integrated, the soy sauce gives it that particular color, the salt we must control since soy is very salty. I bought a beer to accompany the rice, it is a complete dish, you can eat it alone, you can make lumpias, toast, I then prepare some sweet plantains that combine very well with the salty rice.
