Sometimes it is difficult to talk about a photograph when it says almost everything. In reality I can only describe the place, since the feelings are conveyed by the image better than I can. The place is the west end of the island of Ibiza, where I live. This area is dotted with small beaches of fine sand and crystal clear water. The image was taken on a bright sunny winter's day, and although it was a bit chilly, people were taking a swim, presumably a quick one.

Hay veces que resulta complicado hablar de una fotografía, cuando ésta lo dice casi todo. En realidad solo puedo describir el lugar, ya que las sensaciones las transmite la imagen mejor de lo que pueda hacerlo yo. El lugar es el extremo oeste de la isla de Ibiza, lugar en el que habito. Esa zona está salpicada de pequeñas calas de arena fina y agua cristalina. La imagen está tomada en un día de sol radiante de invierno, que a pesar de hacer un poco de frío, la gente está tomando un baño, se supone que rápido.
