Community Purpose:

Our community is not built on a one specific topic. However, in our community, the content of 3 topics is given importance. Those 3 topics are: Traveling, Agriculture and Photography with Writing. In addition, our community has its own qualities. Which sets our community apart from other communities. The Steem platform is like a country. And the capital of that country is the "The steemit city" community. In 4 months journey we have created a lot of content creators. I believe that good content creators are the lifeblood of this platform.

Our main goal now is to create a lot of good quality content creators. Our community currently has booming support. That's why we've been able to attract the interest of good content creators. Users in our community come from different countries. 98% of the content is written in English. This community will be run in English only.

• Who are the Admins and Moderators of your community?

We have a skilled team to manage the community. They are @rex-sumon (Admin + Owner ), @sabbirrr (Admin + plagiarism checker), @msharif (Mod + quality Controller) @wo-photography (Admin)

• What countries are they from and what languages do they cover?

@rex-sumon , @sabbirrr, @msharif and @wo-photography, is managing from Bangladesh. Since our community is only for English language , every admin and moderator conducts their work in English language.

• Are the team members paid or rewarded in any way from the community funds for their work in running the community?

Cash is paid to the controllers engaged in community management once in 15 days. In addition all TRXs earned from the community are paid to the controllers.

There are plans to give the moderators a 10% beneficiaries from community posts. However, I am not able to do this as I do not have any support in the community account.

For the time being, I am paying the working cost of the moderator and associate admin from my own pocket.

• If you only have one Admin what would happen to your community if you left or lost your keys?

We have three admins and one Moderator in our community. Everyone has a private posting key and a private active key. So if i lost the key of the community account, it will remain with the other admin and moderator . And we are not here to leave the community.

Our community team is on high alert about plagiarism, copy paste, spamming, reposting. Almost all posts are checked every day. Also @endingplagiarism is the moderator of our community.

If a user is new, if he/she makes a mistake, our community team provides him/her with the right guidelines.

Engagement & Commenting:

About 75% -80% of posts in the community are checked every day. It is not possible to comment on 100% of the posts. Because a lot of posts are made every day. But we are going to hire a new moderator. Then we can reach 100% post.

A user's mistake is corrected by commenting. Our community team has reached out to almost all members. We invite everyone to the community's official Discord server to bridge the gap with users. Here users are given solutions to various problems.

Plans & Updates:

• We want to increase the community's own power. But since there is no support in the community account, we have taken an initiative. Details on that subject are here. The interest of all users, even though it is not binding, really surprised me. Everyone wants this community to grow. This community is a loving community of thousands of users.

• In addition, the amount of rewards will be increased to increase the power of delegation in our community.

• Currently there is no travel related and agricultural based active community on the steemit platform. Our community will gradually lean towards agriculture and travel related content. We already see a lot of travel posts in the community.

• We want to bring together all altra unique users and create a self-sufficient community within the next one year. We join Discord with all members on a specific day of the week. Being able to connect directly with us, all users ask us questions and we try to answer every question.

Promotion:

we have a big plan for promotion. We currently promote the community in 3 ways. Many contests are organized from the community. The contests are shared by the participants and the community team. Then many users come to the community because the price pool is big.

We have the most effective way. We have been able to bring a lot of new users to the community through these tricks. This trick is: giveaway for a large amount. Giving only giveway does not promote. Here we have our own method. Smartly promotion is more effective than just working hard. It plays an effective role in attracting the attention of external users.

In addition, the community is promoted through manual invitations. In these 3 ways we promote the community.
