Walking down the street of Padre Noval beside the oldest school in the Philippines really gives an eerie vibe to it. University of Santo Thomas was built 400 years ago during the Colonization of the Spaniards here in the Philippines. An old wives tale that this street was haunted and a playground for some wandering spirits.
