My favorite street food by @solar-star |contests participation|

Hello everybody I'm happy to participate in this contest, I love street food so much and I was excited immediately I saw this contest so I don't feel that lead to take a picture of my Street food...

The street food I love most is roasted yam and plantain but here in Nigeria we call it BOLI , roasted BOLI can be eaten with many things that is the oil and onions or porridge beans.. but I prefer incidents with this it is very yummy and appetizing very sweet...

Location

It can be prepared by slicing up from your plantain putting your charcoal on the fire and roastingit when it's done ,then bring it out from the burner ,but then if you can mix the oil and the onions very well then you can eat your roasted plantain and yam with sauce ....

When we eat it we are very happy..

Most people in Nigeria buy it because it is affordable and can be satisfy us due to the weight of the food,...I'm really happy promoting my favorite street food...

I love it, because it the taste is nice 🙂 and yummy I'm always happy while eating it...

Everywhere I go and see it ,I love buying it to eat ,I'm really hay😊😊
