A rainy day in the country

Yesterday me & my friend went to our district city of Joypurhat. He is in the BGB(Border Guard Bangladesh). He just came from the 6 month long training & wanted to buy a new phone. So we went there. It was raining a bit & I clicked some pictures.

This Joypurhat Railway station. Clicked from the foot over-bridge. A cargo train is waiting so that the intercity train Ekota Express headed to the capital city of Bangladesh Dhaka can pass.This one of the main & busiest place in the city. Thousands of people use it for transportation.

This is Panchbibi Tin matha more. It is a bus stop. The bus we were in was stopped there. The first building you can see is the freedom fighters complex & behind it is the central mosque of Panchbibi Baitun Nur Jame Mosque.

People are moving around in bikes.They are out for Eid shopping probably.

This vehicle is called 'Nasiman' locally. It's containing cows that are going to be sold or being bought in/from a Qurbani Cattle market. Those cattle are being covered with plastic sheets.

The front portion of the vehicles are covered so that they could restrict them from catching water or getting soaked. In distant two people are walking under a towel.

This is from our Panchbibi Pachmatha . Two workers were unloading wood from a vehicle. The place is a saw mill where wood is processed. Though it was raining the workers were working so hard. This is life!
