Tops Lookout is one of the main attraction and local and foreign destination here in Cebu City, Philippines because of it's overlooking view of the city, cold air right on top and this amazing circular stone architecture that makes the place more romantic and serene.

This picture was taken while my friends and I were having our early morning jog on top using a mobile phone. We decided to visit the place just to see how beautiful the place is and why is it famous. Of course taking few photos is one of the main agenda also why we went to that place that day.😊

That was a best experience to be able to see such beauty.
