Good morning everyone, meet me again @riska-amanda on this very happy occasion I want to share my special recipe (special stir fry toge) with friends who are here and on this happy occasion I am participating in a contest that is taking place in the community #thesteemitcity hosted by my beloved moderator @sabbirrr I think this is a very extraordinary contest, especially for us women, hopefully with this contest every week we will be more diligent in studying various cooking menus at home every day the point is we will be more diligent cook,,,!!!

So friends, today we will cook (special stir-fried bean sprouts) ala @riska-amanda, come follow me to cook:
The first step: 1
prepare the ingredients we need such as 1/2 kg of fresh bean sprouts 5 green chilies 3 ripe tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic and 2 cloves of red onion.
the next step: 2
the next step we will wash all the ingredients make sure the bean sprouts are clean from the dregs then we will slice the tomatoes green chilies red onions and garlic then we unite all the ingredients that we sliced earlier with the bean sprouts that we washed earlier.

Now friends, we will now prepare a frying pan for frying then place the pan on the stove over medium heat then put a little oil into the pan after the oil is hot then we add the bean sprouts and the ingredients that we sliced earlier and cook until they smell good and the sprouts don't. raw again after everything is cooked remove and put it in a jar or decorative plate so that the menu looks more attractive so the special stir-fried bean sprouts are ready to be cooked.

Stir-fried special bean sprouts are a favorite menu in my family, besides the taste is very delicious, the way to cook it is also very easy, friends can try it at home because special stir-fried bean sprouts only require super simple ingredients so it's not so complicated in preparing the ingredients.
