Today I will share with you one of the recipes that the people of rural life in Bengal do in their daily life. I hope you like it. Rural people cook different types of fish. They cook in a very easy way. Today I will share with you a fish recipe. Today I will share how the people of Bata fish village cook with potatoes and eggplant in a very easy way. Let's see the Chanulpur recipe with pictures and descriptions-



No.Ingredients for making the recipe-
1.Bata fish as required (pitch it)
2.Potatoes
3.Purple
4.Raw pepper
5.Turmeric powder
6.Chili powder
7.Salt
8.Soybean oil
9.Garlic
10.Ginger
11.Cumin
12.Hot spices etc.


All the cooking steps are described below in a very simple way-



Step 1-

First you have to take all the spices like onion, garlic, chilli, ginger, cumin, together well. If you want, you can mix these with the help of a mixer machine. Then put them in a bowl.

I have used one eggplant and three potatoes here. You can take more or less if you want. When it is cut, wash it well with water and keep it in a container.

Then you have to put a karai on the stove. Then you have to pour soybean oil in it. Shortly after the oil heats up, you have to add mashed potatoes and eggplant.

Then you have to stir for some time. Then you have to give it with the spices that have been put in it before. After giving the spices, you have to stir it for some time. Then you have to leave it for a while with a small amount of water. Sometimes you just have to stir it.

When the vegetables are cooked, add a little more water. Then when the water is boiled, it should be given with the pre-fried fish. The fish should be stirred for some time.

Then after 3/4 minutes, when the cooking is almost over, you can taste the recipe as you need. After taking it down, the rural method of cooking bata fish with potatoes and eggplant will be ready.
